CHPT Shareholder Update: Johnson Fistel Encourages Chargepoint Investors to Seek Counsel Before Lead Plaintiff Class Action Deadline

Johnson Fistel, LLP notifies investors of ChargePoint Holdings, Inc. (“ChargePoint” or the “Company”) (NYSE: CHPT) a securities class action lawsuit has been filed. The lawsuit seeks to recover losses on behalf of investors who acquired securities between June 1, 2023 and November 16, 2023. Investors have until January 29, 2024, to apply to the Court to be appointed as lead plaintiff in the lawsuit.
