Mr. Choe focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, including securities, shareholder, and antitrust class actions. He is an active member of the New York State Bar Association, the New York City Bar Association, and the New York County Lawyers Association.
Mr. Choe earned his Juris Doctor degree from St. John’s University School of Law, where he was an active member of the Moot Court Honor Society and the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review. Mr. Choe also earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College.
Prior to joining Johnson Fistel, Mr. Choe worked at Lowey Dannenberg, P.C. focusing on antitrust class actions against the largest international banks for their collusive manipulation of interest rates and commodities benchmarks.
