Johnson Fistel Welcomes Two Dynamic New Attorneys: Bryan Schild and Alyssa Broer

Johnson Fistel is thrilled to announce that Bryan Schild and Alyssa Broer have joined Johnson Fistel as Associate Attorneys—bringing with them exceptional experience, intellect, and drive.

Bryan Schild, joins Johnson Fistel’s Denver, Colorado office, in our securities litigation group, where he represents defrauded investors and advocates for shareholder rights.  Bryan is a 2024 graduate of the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law, during which he completed over 1,900 hours of legal work, including as a judicial extern for a U.S. District Court Judge Daniel D. Domenico and as an honors law extern for the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, Division of Enforcement.  Prior to practicing law, Bryan had a successful 12-year career in business, working with Fortune 1000 executives, heads of government, startup founders, venture capitalists, and private equity firms.  Every day at Johnson Fistel, Bryan taps into his robust legal training and real-world business experience to be a zealous and effective advocate for our clients.

Alyssa joins our San Diego, California office in our employment and commercial litigation practice. Prior to joining Johnson Fistel, Alyssa spent over a year at Sidley Austin, a full-service Global 100 law firm with more than 2,000 attorneys across 21 offices worldwide, where she practiced in commercial litigation and disputes. A cum laude Northwestern Law graduate, Alyssa served as an executive editor for Northwestern’s Journal of Criminal Law and Criminology. She also spent a year in law school fighting for justice for Malawi’s incarcerated youth. Her commitment to advocacy and outstanding legal skills make her a rising star in our employment and commercial litigation practice.
