Mr. Wyman is an associate at Johnson Fistel’s San Diego office. He has significant pre-trial experience, including stockholder books and records inspection demands, litigation demands, preparing complaints, opposing motions to dismiss, discovery, and summary judgment motions.

Mr. Wyman’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation, primarily stockholder derivative actions and other representative matters.
Experience
During law school, Mr. Wyman sharpened his legal skills as a judicial extern for U.S. District Court Judge Todd Robinson in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California, where he drafted bench memoranda and observed numerous court proceedings, including multiple jury trials. Following his time in Judge Robinson’s chambers, Mr. Wyman was an extern for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of California in the Civil Division, where he assisted assistant U.S. Attorneys in representing the United States in various civil matters. These experiences have provided Mr. Wyman valuable insight into preparing the best case possible.
Education and Awards
Mr. Wyman received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2017. During his time at Boulder, Mr. Wyman was also a member of the school’s Division 1-A football team. Following his time at Boulder, Mr. Wyman completed a program focused on sustainability in Berlin, Germany. Mr. Wyman received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2022.
