Furthermore, on August 27, 2024, Otter Tail received a grand jury subpoena from the U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, issued by the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. This subpoena requests the production of documents related to the manufacturing, selling, and pricing of PVC pipe.
