Lead Plaintiff Deadlines

The Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995 requires a plaintiff to publish in a widely circulated national business-oriented publication or wire service, a notice advising members of the class within 20 days after the complaint is filed. Within 60 days after the notice is published, any class member may move the court to serve as lead plaintiff. Below is a list of some of the pending cases filed under this statute and the deadline by which such motions must be filed with the court.
