On September 8, 2026, ServiceTitan reported year-over-year gross transaction volume growth of 17%. During its earnings call, the Company also disclosed that the shift toward Max was expected to create approximately $4 million to $5 million in revenue headwinds over the remainder of fiscal 2027, including approximately $2 million from waived onboarding fees for existing customers transitioning to Max.
