Alongside this announcement, Spire revealed plans to reschedule its second-quarter results conference call, indicating that the new date and time for this call will be established once the filing date for its Form 10-Q is confirmed.
Following this news, the stock was trading down 40% during early morning trading on August 15, 2024.
