Johnson Fistel Seeks Your Help To Raise Money for Hungry School Children in San Diego

Summer is exciting for kids because there’s no school, but concerning for those who rely on school lunches.  That’s why we help raise money for Feeding San Diego.  For the past several years Johnson Fistel has participated (and raised the most money for small firms) in Food from the Bar, a two-week event calling upon San Diego’s legal professionals to raise funds and volunteer for Feeding San Diego.

Last year we did not participate since much of San Diego was shut down.  But of course, the food needs of those who are less fortunate continued and actually got worse.  Since last March, San Diego has seen a 50% increase in need for food assistance.  Children across San Diego County deserve to have the nutrition they need to grow and thrive over the summer months and beyond.
