Johnson Fistel is pleased to announce the addition of Attorney Bryan M. Wyman to its San Diego office. Mr. Wyman will focus his practice on complex commercial litigation with an emphasis on shareholder derivative actions.
Mr. Wyman graduated of the University of San Diego School of law in May 2022. While in law school, Mr. Wyman completed externships with the Honorable Todd W. Robinson, a United States District Court Judge for the Southern District of California and with the Civil Division of United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of California. Prior to joining Johnson Fistel, Mr. Wyman worked at a national law firm focusing on shareholder derivative actions.

His experience working for a federal district court judge and his background in shareholder derivative litigation will only serve to advance the interests of the firm’s clients across the country,” said Frank J. Johnson, the firm’s founding and managing partner. Prior to completing his legal studies, Mr. Wyman attended the University of Colorado Boulder where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology. Mr. Wyman was also a member of the school’s varsity football team.
